Kindergarten Admissions Process Overview
Our admissions team aims to make the application process as seamless and heartfelt as possible. Here’s what to expect along the way:
Discover Our School
We encourage families to first visit our school through an Open House or campus visit to meet our team and experience the learning environment.
Complete the Intake Form
Families wishing to begin the formal admissions process are invited to complete the Intake Form and submit the applicable non-refundable application fee.
Parent & Child Meeting
After receiving the intake form, our admissions team will schedule a friendly parent-and-child meeting within 1–2 weeks. This meeting typically lasts 30-45 minutes and is designed to help us get to know your child and family in a natural and comfortable setting.
Classroom Observation
Families continuing in the admissions process will be invited for paid Classroom Observation Sessions. These visits allow children to become familiar with the school environment while helping our teachers better understand each child’s individual needs and readiness within the classroom. Typically, children attend one Classroom Observation Session. In some cases, a second session may be recommended at the discretion of the observing teacher to allow additional time for the observation.
Admissions Decision
Following the completion of the Classroom Observation Session(s), families will receive an admissions update within one week. At this stage, families may be invited to continue with enrollment, placed on the waiting list if spaces are limited, or recommended for a later enrollment period if additional readiness or timing is considered beneficial for the child. Our admissions decision is guided by observation and care, with the intention of finding the right fit for each child, family, and classroom community.
Registration & Enrollment Confirmation
Families continuing with enrollment will complete registration and fee processing to confirm placement. Enrollment is confirmed once registration and fee payment have been completed within the stated timeline. As class sizes are intentionally kept small, enrollment places cannot be held beyond the confirmation period and may be offered to another family on the waiting list.
